We are regulated by the Department of Business Oversight (DBO). Therefore, we must meet or exceed liquidity requirements. Additionally, we are independently audited for business practice and bonded by the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation. We also maintain Errors and Omissions insurance for our protection and the protection of our clients. Our very low premium is a testament to our business practice and the fact that we have never experienced a loss. We utilize positive pay and regularly reconcile our trust account to further prevent any opportunities of fraud.
